We offer a unique DIY Kit home package consisting of a “Timber-Truss” roof system mated with SIP (Structural Insulated Panel) walls. These kits are a great starting point for Passive Solar homes, low-maintenance homes, Energy Star homes, LEED For Homes certified, or even just energy-efficient, Baby-Boomer “downsizing” retirement cabins.

The Timber Trusses are a very attractive, lower cost alternative ($6 - $8 s.f.) to traditional hand-fabricated Timber Framing by utilizing minimal steel plates (smooth laser cut shape & powder-coated bronze finish) and appearance grade Glulam beams, while yielding a warm wood atmosphere.

The complete floor plan drawing package includes the SIP shop drawings (for local SIP supplier to make panels) as well as the typical floor plans, elevations and section views. They are available as “DIY hardware kits” or as full “Timber Trusses”.
